Charlie and staff helped make our visit perfect for our family of four. Accommodations, suggestions, room, breakfast, location all perfect. We were able to visit just the right venues for our teenagers. And, the hotel arranged a driver for us to go into the beautiful countryside. The dinner recommendations were important too!

We were very excited to stay here (September 2011), knowing this was a budget hotel and not expecting lavish accommodations but at least cleanliness. Location is great, a short walk to the Duomo of Firenze, and less than 5min walk from the railway station. Stayed in one night, rooms are clean and furnished in Renaissance style. Staff is really kind and speak good english (not always granted in Italy) Breakfast was not a real buffet, but enough to start well the day.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. As far as location, the hotel is in the touristic area of Florence within walking distance to all. I highly recommend this hotel to all!
