Stayed here with a group of 5 family. The staff were very accommodating to whatever needs we had and very informative of the area. Front room to the street was a little noisy but we already knew that coming into it. Location was amazing and a short walk to everything. If ever back in Florence will definatlly stay here!!

Hotel was situated in a great location near the Duomo in a fabulous old building, lending an authentic feel to the stay. Room clean and functional and with a bathroom. Great service from Miranda and I would recommend this Pensione to anyone wanting accommodation in this wonderful, ancient city.
