Superb central location. Large rooms beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Large bathrooms. Rates much better than luxury hotels. It's called Value.

Certainly not the best hotel in Florence but a great value for the price we paid! Location is excelent! Walking distance from almost everywhere! Service is great, very nice staff. The only issue is the shower which is too small, despite having a good size bathroom.

Had a lovely deluxe room at the hotel. Simple but nice breakfast. Mini bar very reasonably priced which makes a welcome change, Water 1E, beer 1.5E! Very cental. One minute from the main square!

Very central ( next to Piazza Republica ). Very close to major sites and restaurants ... And very clean. All the staff spoke English .

the hotel is in a wonderful location, clean, elegant and the service is very good. The problem is there is no place to leave the car, so the hotel has an agreement with a public parking, and they take your car, but I would like that circumstence was communicated by the hotel when booking.
