Excellent hotel experience! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The terrace is as wonderful as the reviews have promised. We very much enjoyed our room, the views, the breakfast buffet, and our conversations with other guests staying at the hotel. The location was ideal for ourselves whose priorities were relaxing, having some good meals and seeing the beautiful... More

An amazing oasis in the heart of the medieval city. Rather anonymous from the street, this exclusive hotel is a great way to spend a luxury weekend in Florence. With very polite, attentive staff you will never be neglected. All the sites are on your doorstep and the rooftop terrace and bar are an exceptional place to watch the sun... More

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly inviting and helpful. We checked in early and got to visit to rooftop lounge/restaurant with an unbelievable view of the Duomo. Everything you want to see in Florence is within walking distance of this hotel. The rooms are sparse, but clean. Breakfast was filling and tasty. Make sure you get reservations... More

Antica Torre is a spectacular place to stay. Placed on the river and minutes away from the train station, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and many more sights, there could be not a single more convenient location nor exciting location. Because Antica Torre is not a hotel but a Historic Residence, you get a more quiet and more personal feel. But, that... More

We stayed at the Antica Torre in Florence for 2 nights and had an amazing stay. Our room was very spacious (we booked the standard room), plush and loaded with nice amenities (in and out of the room). The view out of our room was unbelievable as we had a perfect view of the dome from the Duomo. The rooftop... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, I think it was room 406, which overlooked Via Tournabuoni and had windows & shutters that opened out to the street. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the room & bathroom were a good size & comfortable. We liked the complimentary block of chocolate too! There only seemed to be about... More

This is a great location, right near the river and close to the PonteVecchio, and walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The views from the room and rooftop terrace are breathtaking. Our room on the top floor was clean and quaint, the bathroom was large with a big tub. I had a hard time getting the water... More

We stayed in the Antica Torre last week and loved it. We were traveling with my parents, and they loved it too! There are two sections - the tower, and the floor of the former palace. We both were originally placed in the newer section in the former palace. The rooms are gorgeous. The bathrooms are wonderful. The place is... More

We stayed at Antica Torre di Via Tornabuoni for two nights last week, on the front/back end of a week stay in Chianti. The hotel has a front row view of the Arno River with a great location to tour around Florence by foot. Our room/suite was in the newer section of the hotel with large Italianate windows that opened... More
