“Basic but good”

This is a basic hotel in the centre of town, handy to everywhere. Room was all it needed to be, and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked through one of Trip advisor's bookers - and it all worked grand.

“Overpriced and they tried to do a bate and switch on me!”

I booked this hotel through booking.com and when I arrived they tried to give me a different room in a different hotel, the hotel downstairs with less amenities and with no offer of a discount for the downgrade. The hotel is located not too far off from the main train station - about a 5 minutes walk. However, it can be tricky locating the hotel for the first time. “Clean room close to everything”
