Nice hotel located right in the middle of town. Close to the train station. Reception staff very good all spoke English very well. Breakfast was fine the usual items. Free internet which is a great Best Western Standard. Would go back again. Only down side was no rooms service after 11pm so could not get a coffee other than that... More

What you do is, when you get out of the SMN station, look for the brasserie Deanna, turn right on that street, cross 2 streets (this is the direction to the Arno River. We stayed at 3 different hotels while we were in Italy. This one was by far the best one. It was close to the train station, clean and the staff was friendly. The room size was good for European standards. The only down side was their water pressure was really low. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for the short stay tourist visiting Firenze.
