We loved the Aldini. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was as advertised, nothing special, but clean and with a view of the Duomo. The location is one of the best in Florence, close to everything, and the bells every morning were great. Do not be shy about asking for a 2nd cup of coffee or orange... More

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was setup for a disabled person but the shower was hot and powerful so that didn't bother me. The bed was comfy and the breakfast basic but I was happy after my two croissants with Nutella and a glass of orange juice. They offer a choice of coffees... More

It was difficult to find since it was on the 3rd floor of a huge old building. Take the elevator...otherwise you'll walk up what seems like 9 floors (3 sets of steps per floor)! The breakfast is mediocre at best (cereal, yogurt, bread), plus you have to ask for juice, no self serve so you feel stupid when you want... More

The main attraction for this nicely run two-star hotel is its location, location, location. Less than 50 meters away from the fantastic duomo, this hotel is fantastic for its easiness to all. The rooms are small but clean, the two members of the staff that we came across were excellently nice, polite and helpsome. The rooms are basic with basic... More

Fantastic location. Great view, & good breakfast. What you see is what you get kind of place – the pictures listed on the site give an absolute sense of what to expect. Bankg oppposite the Duomo and walking distance from the Uffizi-The same lane as all the major shopping lane and a good base from which to explore Florence.

Being a budget traveller, I never really look for hotels with the amenities of a 5-star hotel. All that matters are the following: clean room, bathroom with heater and wi-fi. Hotel Aldini has them all but there's a plus --- the very good location! Right outside the footsteps of the building is the marvelous Duomo. In detail, the hotel is... More

We needed a bedroom with three beds, and Hotel Adini was a great solution. The room and bathroom were spacious and tidy. The mini bar smelled and beds were a bit soft, but the staff, especially the kind woman at the front desk, was nice and the location can't be beat. You literally can peep your head outside the front... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cereal, bread, buns or croissants, juice, yogurts and coffee. Very convenient to all sight seeing places, eatery places and a lot of cafes. will definitely come back.

We stayed here two nights. We found some of the staff to be somewhat unhelpful and unfriendly. One of the clerks got upset because I wanted to take a cup of coffee back to our room. When I went back out for breakfast with my wife, it was just after 9:30 and we were told breakfast was over. It was... More

We stayed here 3 days in September and found this hotel ideal for price paid. A great location very near the Duomo and many great restaurants and fast food places. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was extremely clean. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. I would stay here again on next visit
