Hotel in great location in the heart of the city. Rooms were small but absolutely adequate for a short city break. This is a perfect crash pad for exploring the city - not glamorous but clean, quiet and the location is great.

Stairways and hallways designed by M.C Escher. Nice clean, big room. Functioning internet. Friendly staff. Walked, with luggage, from train station. They recommended 2 good restaurants within walking distance. Is stay here again.

Beware. They say free wifi - we had it for about 2 hours over a three day stay. No apologies, discount or free breakfast offered. The hotel is 3 stories and the lift only goes to the 1st floor. I stayed here for 1 night. It was easy to find, small rooms but for €27 it was awesome. The bathroom was newly renovated and had an amazing shower! The beds were comfortable, it was pretty quiet and easy access to central Florence and the train station. Overall a great experience.
