The location on the river gives you easy access to the main attractions as well as the better value restaurants across the river. The staff was extremely helpful with their directons and recommendations. The rooms were just ok, but the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic hotel in the best part of Florence overlooking the Ponte Vecchio. 700year old building steeped in history. Julia, the receptionist is a real asset. Very friendly and helpful. It was our second stay at the hotel and having stayed in other hotels in Florence, we now wouldn't stay anywhere else.
