We stayed for three nights just after Easter weekend & have to say it was excellent. Lovely apartment with fantastic hosts Vary (Varinia) & Edo (Eduardo) who may us feel so welcome & couldn't do enough to help make our stay as memorable as possible. We had a lovely clean room with good shower & comfortable bed, air con if... More

My wife and I stayed as guests of Vary's and Edo's for 4 nights while in Florence. I honestly can't say enough good things about them and the Giglio Bianco B&B. We were made to feel at home right from the start and Vary and Edo gave attention to everything...even the things other B&Bs or hotels do not. For example,... More

I stayed 2 nights with Vary and Eduardo--and it was a great experience. Vary cooked a special dinner for me the first night, and it was SO delicious. The next day I did cooking lessons with Vary where we made gnocchi, fresh pasta and tiramasu. That was one of the highlights of my entire vacation. I've already been out shopping... More

My husband and I took a week long vacation to France and Italy. Our favorite place hands down was Giglio Bianco B&B. This establishment is more than amazing! It felt so homey and clean. The bed in our room was so comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing this is the place that you want to come back to! Located... More

My husband and I stayed here for the last 2 nights of our France/Italy vacation. It was perfect. Edo and Vary were amazing hosts, so warm and welcoming. It was the most comfortable bed that we slept on out of our entire trip and the location was fantastic to explore Firenze. And the dinner...I'm still having dreams about our dinner... More

We had a lovely stay at Giglio Bianco this spring. The location was great: 5-10 minute walk from the Piazza Signoria via the Ponte Vecchio, and in a quieter more residential area. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Vary and Edo were fantastic hosts, gave us some great suggestions, and even helped us make arrangements after we had left.... More

This B&B has it all - a great location and great food at a very reasonable price - be sure to arrange a dinner (or three!) w/ Chef Vary. The bedrooms were really quiet at night - a pleasant surprise! Vary was a wealth of knowledge about where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc. We have done... More

We visited Florence last january 2012. We were in four, my wife, two daughters, of 9 and 12, and I. We decided to stay in Giglio Bianco after reading some reviews and see photos in the internet. We loved the idea to stay in a small hotel in contact with an italian chef. It was much more than this! The... More

Stayed 4 nights at Giglio Bianco B&B in Florence in the middle of January. It's located close to everything, ponte vecchio is less than a 5 minute walk. Vary & Edo help with everything. They went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay, including recommending tours, helping with luggage, and restaurant recommendations. Their restaurant recommendations... More

The B & B is lovely. The location is very good, quiet but close to everything. You can walk just about anywhere. Don't miss having a cooking class and dinner OR two with Vary. We made pasta without eggs, pasta with eggs, we filled pasta, drank wine and had a wonderful time. My husband only ate the results and commented... More
