The owner of the hotel very nice person and helpfu to guide us! The room very clean every day! It is close to center of Florence and the main river. I suggest to everybody live at that hotel. The place is really romantic for couples. Also has the hotel wifi very important I think! Very nice atmosfare I believe has... More

Stayed 3 nights (June 25-28 2012) with my bride to be. The room, bath and location were great! Located near the bus routes which are located one block away. Also we parked our car on the street and paid the fee for parking. Enrico, will help you with your plans and provides breakfast each mornming. Great Cappuccino and rolls. Would... More

What a wonderful little place. This was our first stop on a three week tour of Italy and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Enrico made us feel so at home and gave us a terrific lesson on the bus schedule, tours and the must see places in Florence. Our room was always clean and breakfast was always... More

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days last summer. We loved everything about this place. We found everyone so helpful and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The accomodations were great. In a real Italian neighborhood yet close to the attractions. Will return someday. Enrico was great.

Everything was great! Enrico gave us a through orientation upon our arrival, and told us all about the buses and routes on the map. He's really polite, and helpful. I also called him a few times and he answered my questions about buses and schedules. The room was large, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was spotless and had everything we... More

This is a great little b&b and is everything that the reviews say it is - clean, convenient and affordable. The host, Enrico, is friendly and very helpful (and speaks excellent english). While this is not a 5-star hotel by any means, it is awesome value for the money and I would recommend it to anyone that wants an oasis... More

A great value stay in Florence, a short/leisurely 20 minute walk to the Duomo and easy access to other top sites and fantastic restaurants within a 5 block radius. You stay here for about half the price as in the center of the tourist area, but Florence is so walkable it doesn't matter. Bus routes are also very convenient located... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Cimabue 9 back in June. Our host Enrico was extremely accommodating and very helpful regarding how to get around Florence. Our room was pleasant and of an evening, we enjoyed sitting out on the rather large terrace. If we do revisit Florence, we would not hesistate staying there again.

My wife and I stayed here in September 2011 for a few days. The location is excellent, just a 20 minute walk down to the tourist area, with a couple great places to eat within a block. The room was clean, quiet and comfortably cool. The only thing that could be better is the mattress. It was a little on... More

My wife and I stayed two nights with Enrico as our gracious host. We like staying in rather non-touristy areas and Cimbaue 9 fits the bill. Close enough to major Venice sights, grocery stores, lots of restaurants and shopping without tons of tourists clogging up the street. I enjoyed my morning stroll up to Piazza MichelAngelo for a great view... More
