My husband and I stayed at Casa Rovai for eleven nights. Elisa and Anna helped us plan every day and night while we were there. All their recommendations were perfect. They also gave us maps to tell us how to get to our location. Our room was very comfortable: quiet, down comforter on a nice bed, plenty of hot water... More

Romantic and nice experience We stayed here for a 3-day city trip in lovely Florence. The location of Casa Rovai is just perfect, you're at walking distance from almost anything there is to see in this incredible little town: before coming I was convinced it was much bigger place! And a few steps from the B&B you're standing in the... More

‘Our’ room – I Putti -- is the one shown on this website and it is even more incredibly beautiful when you are in it. The perfectly positioned window, the spacious room, the wooden floors, the old armoire, and the amazing painted ceiling cannot be found in a tourist hotel. And you get all of this for a very reasonable... More

Our family spent a couple days at Casa Rovai while in Florence. The room are large and comfortable. Each has a unique look and charming feel. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is filling. The location is wonderful - a very short walk to the Duomo and surrounding area. No complaints. We all enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be... More

I was in Florencia for a few days, a friend recommended me to stay in Casa Rovai. She wasn't wrong because Casa Rovai is so comfortable. The charm of the staff was perfectly complemented with the service that it brings. The location is perfect to visit a lot of places by walking. I will recommend Casa Rovai to another friends

My friend and I stayed at Casa Rovai during the 3rd week in March. It had been recommended by a work friend who had stayed there with her husband the prior year. Initially, I was a bit thrown by the home because I was used to a more "hotel-like" experience with a door person, reception etc. However, Casa Rovai turned... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a few days as guests at Casa Rovai. The location is perfect for exploring Florence and all sites are within easy walking distance. The space itself is clean and has just the kind of old-world charm that we had hoped for. Our room had a lovely fresco on the ceiling. The... More

I am writing to respond to the proprietor of Casa Rovai, Anna Maria Meo. Anna, you were not on the premises during our stay, so your reaction to my wife's review is not based on first hand information. I would like to set things straight The first day, I was jet lagged, and my wife asked the staff to not... More

My boyfriend and I just spent a week in Florence and stayed at Casa Rovai. The location is great, close to everything, the room was large, comfortable and perfectly clean, but the most appreciated thing was the kindness of the staff. Eliza and Anna were so helpful and full of advices! Thank you Casa Rovai!!!
