We are fortunate to travel to Florence every year normally in September, we have just returned from the Relais Piazza Signoria and cannot recommend it enough. It's in a terrific location and is a lovely clean and well equipped apartment. The only downside is the small lift with a climb the alternative.

We recently stayed 10 days at the Relais Piazza Signoria with a room that overlooked the Piazza. The room was comfortable and contemporary. Spent 5 wonderful days in an apartment with a view over the square. Great location. Friendly reception staff. Was worried the noise would be bad but the windows shut out most of it. Huge bathroom with shower and bath and L'Occitane toiletries. Highly recommend it but do as another reviewer advised and pay extra for the view.

hotel at good location, convenient stores, cafes and cafeterias around hotel adjacent to Uffici Museum, Palazzo Vecchio, and Ponte Vecchio hotel provides welcome drinks, and snacks at your arrival hotel room is equipped with stove, utensils, kettle big double bed, excellent!

First of all, we would consider staying here again. The owner and his assistant are really very nice and try to accommodate. My mistake was in not realizing that this is an apartment rather than a normal hotel room. Again, my mistake!! The main attractions are a stone away. The spacious rooms overlook the main square. Lotsa eateries and shopping ard the area. Most importantly, the reception, Fulvio is very friendly n helpful. Well valued for money!
