Great location 3 min walking distance from SMN train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and quite rooms. Available safe storage of luggage. Awesome supermarket across the street to buy water and other goodies. Fancy looking supermarket, but not expensive at all. 1.5 liter water bottle could be bought as cheap as 0.39 Euro.

Very easy to find from the station, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We were early for breakfast and found it excellent. Very helpful with tourist trips and phone calls- would not hesitate to stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The members of staff, particularly the ladies at reception, were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast more than ample. Hotel is well situated - in the centre. I have nothing but praise for this hotel and their staff.

Only 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city but quiet and comfortable. They give us a cosy apartment for 4 people on the groundfloor. The receptionists were simply adorable and extremely helpful. Excellente breakfast buffet. We had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to all the hotel staff. You are the best!!!

The hotel is located near the railway station and easy to find. It is a walkable distance to Florence attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great. The room was comfortable, nice and very clean. Free WIFI - excellent connection; Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. It is worth booking with breakfast. It is perfect hotel if you are planning to see historical core of Florence or to travel by train.

Staff is very friendly and rooms well equipped. Nice free wifi and good selection of cable TV channels. I would certainly stay there again.

The room (one of the modern) was nice and clean and we had nothing to grumble about however its not worth booking with breakfast since for the same price you can have something better from the shops around. Its a perfect hotel if you intend to travel by train or bus since it's 2 mins away from SMN station.
