Great location but sub par room. It had a musty odor probably from the old carpet. Staff was somewhat friendly but depended on who you talked to. Only thing great as I said is the location but over all the hotel is creepy and feels haunted.

Such a wonderful 'shabby chic' relaxing place to enjoy the many delights of Lucca.
Great location and the staff are fantastic. Some of the rooms have romantic balconies overlooking the square.
They provide a great breakfast. As I said the service is pure perfection, the staff aim to please without going overboard, in fact you hardly know they are there....
