It is a dated hotel in need of updating. Staff unfriendly and not all that helpful. BED BUG ridden.

Fantastic location with a view of Torre Pendente from our room. Staff friendly. Decor charmingly 80s with wood panelling but fine. Free Safety Deposit box was good. Very happy and would choose to stay there again.
