If by misfortune you forgot something important in this hotel, the arrogant guy at the reception (in the afternoon) will laugh at you and will tell you that he cannot do nothing. He will also kindly explain you that you have to move your [--] and pick up your stuff yourself (since your back in your country), will hang up... More

Staff were very friendly and speak English. My partner and I stayed here for two nights. Rustic and beautiful. Very quiet street and only a minute away from the tower. Our room was on the ground floor with a large double bed and also had a small fridge and tv. The room had a telephone and air con although was... More

We arrived quite late (around midnight) and this was fine or checking in. The hotel has a 24 hour front desk. Staf very polite and helpful. They took our passports on check in which I assume was to make sure we didn't leave without paying but got it back on check out no problem. Very good value for money. We... More

Hotel: on the quiet-small and quite dark street, a bit hidden yet in the centre and not hard to find. There is no lift so get ready to carry your luggage up the stairs. We stayed only 1 night, so this did not affect us but I can imagine it can be a problem if you have large heavy suitcase.... More

We stayed at this hotel for just one night from October 19 to October 20. PROS Room was big, even in a old-fashioned style it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is also very clean with towels, shampoo, soap ect. CONS There is no elevator, so If you have heavy luggage book a room in the ground floor. TV was tiny... More

A stone's throw from the tower, which i guess is how it can get away with charging a bomb while not being great. 2 flights of stairs without an elevator to my loft room with a strangely low ceiling. Ancient beds with scratchy old bedspreads and a tiny tv. Staff were helpful and the bathroom was new at least.

Idk if it is just the room that we got, but our bed consisted of a plastic cot with a thin matress on top. The matress was so short that my husband who is 6ft had to sleep with his feet hanging off the bed almost a foot. I am only 5ft and my feet reached the end of the... More

The hotel is located 3 minutes from the tower. The rooms are a little small, but is perfect for nice short trips. A very clean hotel. We had a great time in Pisa and enjoyed very much. The breakfast isn't in the hotel, it's in a cafe next to the hotel. But it's absolutely nice to have a tower view... More
