The front desk team were excellent as was the barman! The room was small and the bathroom dated! The shower was poor running hot/cold intermittently and the was no bath, tea/coffee and was generally cold! Lovely staff and fine for a one night stay! Excellent breakfast.

Small and cozy, friendly staff, and a 2 minute walk from the train station! This small three star hotel has a wonderful location, excellent buffet breakfast, and warm and friendly staff thatprovide advice for food, fdrink, and things to do. Alsok the price is quite good considering all the advantages you get there.

Stayed here for one night, was a 20 minute walk from leaning tower and right next to station. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice although the shower was tiny! I struggled and I am only 5ft 3! Would certianly stay there again though
