I can't imagine how it could have been better. They catered to our every whim and need. Suggested and booked restaurants, linked us up with a local car and driver, and made reservations at tourist locations. Their attention to detail was stunning.

A beautiful, historical hotel right in the heart of San Gimignano, convenient for touring the town. Highly recommend this place.
