I strongly recommend both San Gemignano as a great place to explore Toscany and Primetta House. First of all, Mauricio and his wife are very nice, open and hospitable people. We really appreciated the genuinely warm and friendly Italian welcome from Mauro and his beautiful wife.The self catering apartment was ideal from which to explore the Tuscan countryside.We really felt at home for our 1 week stay.Thank you Mauro and Primetta for your help and advice and the bottle of Chianti!We had the perfect Tuscan holiday.Roger and Vicki

The spot is perfect, and Primetta and his husband very caring and helpful. A place to stay the only minus will be the room temperature, despite the radiator it was still a bit cold
