We stayed at Aia Mattonata for 5 days this May-June and had an absolutely wonderful time. Mario and Elisabetta have invested a significant amount of resources and time to make their B&B an unforgettable experience for their guests. Before i write about Aia Mattonata I'll first say that my girlfriend and I generally prefer full-service hotels and rarely revisit any location on the basis that there are so many other places to go. My husband and I stayed there only one night. We travelled for one week in Tuscany and Mattonata was the best place we stayed. spent 3 great nights in siena at aia mattonata as our home base for the Tuscany region in mid may 2013.
