Aaah an Italian castle. We stayed for 3 nights in the tower room while on honeymoon and could not have picked a better place. Nicola was a gracious host and only too happy to help with suggestions on things to do in the area and places to eat in town. The old part of Siena is really a very short... More

We only stayed for 1 night but the experience of staying in this hilltop castello was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany. Fabulous views of Siena and the surrounding countryside. Our host, Nicola, greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. He provided an excellent recommendation for dinner at a trattoria in Siena frequented only by... More

The Castello was so beautiful! It was a really memorable place for us to stay - a real castle! We stayed in the tower room, which despite the trek up (a few steps to tackle!) was gorgeous. We were surrounded by breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, from olive trees to green rolling hills - we had it all. Besides... More

We stayed at Castello delle Quattro Torra for 3 nights in late April 2012, and like other reviewers our family has been left with an incredible memory that we will treasure for a long time. This is not just a roof over your head accommodation, this is an experience. It starts with the host, Nicholas, who was quick to respond... More

I think this was one of the highlights of our trip! To stay in a castle and wake up each morning to the most amazing views was just incredible. Laura served us breakfast each morning in a private dining room at whatever time we wanted. The view was different from every window and just stunning! It was only a short... More

We stayed in the hotel 6 days, in the apartment. The rooms were large and cosy, as we were with kids the kitchen was used very often because every evening we came back in the hotel very tired and preferred to cook something in the room. The surroundings of the castle are marvellous, the view from the windows is really... More

The property is truly unique and nothing like you'd expect. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and views brilliant. The hosts are some of the nicest people you'll meet, and helpful in planning your time. Can't wait to make another trip and spend more time there.

What a great accommodation! I must have taken 100 pics inside & out of this beautiful castle and e-mailed about half that to friends. We had a view of distant Siena from our Blue Room. And the views from throughout the castle are outstanding. Pulling up to the castle the only thing missing is a moat & draw bridge. Entering... More

Last June I had the pleasure of organizing a once in a lifetime dream trip to Tuscany for my mother and sister. I knew that Siena would be "home" for a week of exploring and I feel very fortunate indeed to have found Quattro Torra. Nicola is a wonderful host. Very helpful and genuinely concerned for our comfort and quality... More
