We spent a couple of nights at Le Ginestre and greatly appreciated the quiet countryside. This B&B is a short but beautiful drive above Assisi and other small cities located nearby. Francesca, the owner, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would definitely visit this B&B again. The design was great too!

The Bed and Breakfast Le Ginestre is located in Localita' Paradiso (Assisi), 10 km from Assisi historical centre. At 600 metres a.s.l., in panoramic position, surrounded by the hills around the National Park of Mount Subasio, Le Ginestre offers you a chance to fully relax in the peace of the countryside whilst being of easy access and strategically located near the main tourist attractions of the area.Assisi is only a few minutes drive away but little further afield you can visit the many medieval towns of the region such as Spello, Gubbio, Perugia, Trevi, Norcia, Spoleto,Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto and Citta' di Castello.The building is an old stone farmhouse recently restored; part of it has been converted into cosy and styleish rooms for our guests.In the summer our guests can enjoy spending time at the pool; this is set within the grounds with a stunning view of the Mount Subasio. You can sunbathe around the pool all day and enjoy a pic-nic under the trees.The farmhouse is at the heart of a recently established farm of about 19 hectares; we have crop land as well as an olive grove and we grow our own fruit and veg. The remainder of the property is woodland where it is possible to venture in for walks in the nature.
