It's really nothing special, but it's right in the centre of Perugia and for 45 euros a double (in august) the location makes it really good value for money. Just try to get a room away from the reception desk, especially if you want to sleep in: the innkeeper lady is very, very loud.

I booked for 3 nights but left after 1. Although position is very near to the Piazza Italia, but it is also situated at the hairpin bend of the road.
