Thank goodness Basel was so nice as it made the hotel experience better. Nothing bad but nothing outstanding. Location was very good as close to so many different tram lines altho Basel small enough to walk to many locations.

Stayed here for 5 nights with our 2 cats before relocating from Switzerland to the USA. Very accomodating with the pets. Very clean and efficient rooms. Front Desk staff very friendly and accomodating. Really good that there is a drinks/snacks vending machine too. Excellent location for using the very efficient Basel Tram network too.
