We loved our stay at the Hotel Basel. The location puts you in the heart of the city, just steps away from the shops and restaurants of the Marketplatz and the Rhine River. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious. We would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, so central with everything to hand. Lovely breakfast and quiet, well equipped rooms. Staff are really helpful. Lovely restaurant on site. The only issue I had was with the wi-fi which was by scratch card and it didn't work on my machine.

Hotel Basel is located so close to the marketplace it's truly convenient. Inside the hotel, you feel at home with great customer service and excellent breakfast. My preferred hotel for business trips in Basel!

The location of this hotel is excellent, but it was impossible to find it even with GPS. Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean but our standard room was very small. I think that price is too high for this hotel.

Nice staff, prompt service & great healthy choices for breakfast. Great location, near the railway stop. Wish the bathroom is bigger:( I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Basel
