We spent one night there because we arrived from Lauterbrunnen and had a flight out the next morning. Very nice room, windows blocked out the street noise. Lots of technology in the rooms. Geat hotel, EXTREMELY clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the location and the gratis transport card,(free bus and tram travel in Basel). Would recommend this hotel and would go back there again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - wven helped with sat nav problems! Location was a short walk from good restaurants. This was a great welcome switzerland. Breakfast was delicious - such a bonus!!

“Overall not that big but neat.”

The floor material in the room was the best in wood since it's not carpeted. The bedclothes was warm. Bathroom was clean and the shower was strong enough and the water went out well. breakfast was not bad. Btw if you open the gym longer, it would be better.

Great hotel, room comfortable, good size and clean and quiet. Location excellent, old town near. Breakfast with a good selection. Staff helpful and well trained. I can recommend the hotel. Also very child friendly place. Will stay again.

This place is simply perfect. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Sure, Basel's expensive like the rest of Switzerland, but having a delicious breakfast included is a big plus. great liitle hotel, close to old centre. Room was of good size (as was bathroom). No problems, gret service. Breakfast have a good selection and was a releaxed affair. Internet access was also without any issue. No faults/issues or grumbles to mention. Would stay at again
