I stayed here for busines and found it lacking in many areas. NO FREE WI-FI!!!!!! They had free internet but via a big cable.....mine didn't work. I found the room very basic. My family spent two nights in Bern on a holiday. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station (5-10 minutes). We booked a triple room for two adults and two children.
