Heritage on the outside, upmarket Ikea on the inside. Bathroom was a converted wardrobe. Good locoation. Efficient but rather cold reception staff.

we enjoyed to stay in Bern in this hotel. Very good location, close to main train station. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very simple, but fresh baked bread was so good. Room is small, but comfortable.

I liked my stay at this hotel. It was a reasonable price for Bern and a great location in the old part of the city. Lots of restaurants closeby. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Street was a little noisy at night until bars closed around 1am. Comfortable room. Staff were very helpful especially before my visit when we exchanged emails.

About 15 mins. from train station. Nothing in room operates without electronic key inserted into room control. Yes, bathroom is insert, so everyone else knows your business. Only one trash can (in the bathroom) in the whole place. Only stayed one night. OK and likely good for some people, but I don't think I would stay here again.
