“Basic hotel, nothing fancy”

The rooms of the hotel were quite spacious but out-dated. Especially the bathroom looked quite old. There were no hygienic products in the bathroom. There were no refrigerator or minibar in the room. “Pricey accomodation with budget type service”

Thun is a small town and offers few accomodation places and hence the reason for it to be farely pricey. Hotel Restaurant is an older style accomodation and for 160 Swiss Francs a night, it was certainly expensive. If you can afford that much and want to just crash the night and leave the next day, then do book it,... More
