I stayed here for two nights recently and enjoyed it . Switzerland is very expensive so this place was a real bargain . My single room was very adequate , the staff very friendly and welcoming . The location was great .

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, with the manager even offering us a free drink at the bar. The room was huge, with couches, a desk, comfy beds and a large bathroom. And breakfast was incredible. Best muesli I've ever tasted! Would definitely come back, great value for money, and great all round experience!

Hotel De la Paix located at the Loewen Centre is a great alternative to some of the other hotels. Rooms while small and simple, offer enough comfort. Location is great and major tourist attractions are within walking distance. Staff seemed friendly and easily conversed in English. Price seemed right and the continental breakfast was great.
