There is nothing fancy here but all the basics are taken care of very well. The front door is just across the street from the train station. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff are very helpful and will cheerfully solve any problem. The restaurant offers a nice buffet breakfast and also has specials at dinner for hotel guests.

Can't say anything about the rooms because I didn't stay there, but the restaurant downstairs is very convenient for the train station (it's just opposite - and they don't mind if you park your luggage under the table), and they serve excellent St Gallen bratwurst.
