Stayed here late April 2012. Standard room, nice size, nice balcony. Very minimal other than that. The area is gorgeous, but there was very little to do in the vicinity at this time of the year, especially as there were strong winds preventing ascent with the train.

Excellent friendly service, clean and cosy accommodation. Dietary requirements discreetly dealt with, excellent meals. Conveniently located for the station to Kleine Scheidegg and Interlaken. Close to the town centre, 15 minutes from the First cable car. Many thanks to Renate and her great team, nothing was too much trouble. We hope to return.

Loved the view from our room facing the Eiger and the Grindelwald valley. The staff was extremely friendly and was always eager to help out. Rooms and bathrooms were not in great condition.
