I found as with previous visits the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere since the new owners took over a while back has just got steadily better as they have made their mark on the place.

Stayed here for four nights in September 2011. Great location, good views, good breakfast. Beware that it is a stop for the Rick Steeves travel group. While this is not directly bad, just something to point out. Breakfast was good. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel.

Just spent 7 wonderful nights at Hotel Jungfrau. Staff were very welcoming and helpful but the star has to be the magnificent views from our balcony. The staff at this hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We asked for a room with a view and the view of the mountains was amazing. A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting.
