Stayed at Regina during September 2011 hiking trip in Jungfrau area. Very pleased. Friendly, helpful staff. Personal service from owner. Great location. Close to train stations or just hike from hotel. Owner has good hiking recommendations. If you can come during time of a full moon be sure and watch it rise over Jungfrau from dinning room. Rooms tired and in need of major renovation. Bathrooms very dated. Gloomy hotel- lights rarely on in the lounge during the day- not exactly welcoming after a day of hiking.
