Hotel located 5 minutes from train station and main gondola, and just a few minutes from the free ski bus stop. The location of hotel ensures panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. We had a corner balcony room definitely worth the extra cost for space and views. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was first class. We opted for... More

It's certainly not a luxury hotel, but it's very well located and the rooms are clean with a nice view to the mountains! The ski-room is pretty practical - warm ski boots every morning :-) Good breakfast buffet and nice staff!

I was rather disappointed from this hotel and its restaurant. I found the tiny one bed room with its terrible little bed and without a shower for 115 CHF heavily overpriced. Especially because of the fact that the shower was not even on the same floor. And the shower I found on the next floor was tiniest I've ever seen... More

It is my first time in Arosa. The hotel is 3 minutes-walking distance from the train station. Bus stop and supermarket are around the corner only. I arrived at 9pm and the receptionist Sereina is very nice and helpful for my check-in. Lift tickets are sold at the hotel; and the hotel also recommends the ski shop Beck which is... More

Both during the winter season and summer season, the restaurant in this hotel provides very good food. The views over the mountains and the lower lake of Arosa is a delight to view. The service is always very helpful and attentive so you feel that you are getting good value for money. Children and dogs are no problem and they... More

Super size rooms, with very comfortable sprung beds. Central convenient but fairly quiet location. Great food, welcoming cheerful staff. Kind chef substituted light dressing/gravy for dinner as we dont like strong flavours & this was without ourrequesting it, just considerationfortheir guests tastes. Our 4th hotel in Arosa over 12 years consequetive visits but now favourite! Free use of gym and... More

I had a conference in Zurich on a Friday and decided it would be a good idea to tag on a ski weekend. Arosa was recommended by a work colleague and was brilliant for a weekend getaway. Take the train from Zurich to Chur and then change for Arosa. The whole trip takes about 2hrs 30mins. The trains are on... More

We had dinner in this hotel's restaurant during our stay and had an excellent meal there with very good, friendly service which is why we took the opportunity to look at room prices and location. If we were to go again, this is where we would stay. Good location, very good value and nice people. They also have a spa!

This hotel is right in the center of town. Maybe 100 meters from 2 ski-lifts and ice ring. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bars are all within 1-3 minute walks. The hotel itself is excellent for a 3-star and would definitely stay here again. Very clean, big rooms, very modern, good breakfast buffet.. simply no complaints. We booked this through Aldi... More
