Stopped off overnight on a road trip around mountain passes. Very helpful lady on reception who spoke great english and helped us get the car parked! I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is just perfect. Balcony rooms have beautiful views of the lake. Excellent, helpful staff!

the hotel is within easy walking distance from the railway station as well as the Piazza...and has a brilliant lake view frontage.The rooms are a bit tight but functional.The breakfast could be a bit more elaborate.The staff was very courteous and helpful.However, like most European hotels was expensive and difficult to justify as great value for money.
