Since we discovered hotel Alpenrose (years ago) we always return. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a wide view, you can see the Matterhorn from your bed in certain rooms. Food and service are excellent, no excesses but very correct. Very well situated, walking distance from bus and lifts to Matterhorn, Gonergrat and Rothorn. Quiet at night.
