This is a great place to stay for a hassle free family holiday. Just a few steps away from the Zermatt Station, i was pleasantly surprised that they had electric motor vehicles to cart baggage since other forms of motor vehicles are prohibited! The hotel entrance is between tourist shops. Don't let this fool you. It is a well appointed and attended accommodation. The Alpine decor is very nice and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again.
