We were here in the off season and that was good as our room faced directly on another hotel in back and there would not have been much privacy if it had been occupied. As others have said, the location is good, the staff were friendly and the price is very fair.

The noise level from the rest of Zermatt can be pretty high, but I believe that is a problem for every hotel.
