At first we were disappointed with the rooms they are a little small but the management and the atmosphere more than made up for it. The Metropol (sister hotel) serves an excellent breakfast and dinner on special nights has been outstanding

The man and woman who run this place are incredibly warm and friendly. The included breakfast is substantial, there is a view of the Matterhorn from the hotel, great location, free wifi, very clean. Would definitely go back.

Nice staff, but the room was realllly tiny. Separate toilet and shower. There's a tap and mirror in the room. Couldn't open luggage fully in the room. Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the train station, reachable after calling hotel staff for instructions. Hotel is up a few steps so pretty difficult with a luggage...

Alfa Zermatt is fantastic value for money. The decor is fairly old, but the rooms are spotlessly clean. The service is fantastic.
