Just great. Attentive staff, excellent cooking, great spa, stylish and cozy. NASA developed memory foam matresses. The ultimate mountain lodge, and a home away from home. Prices are what you would expect in Zermatt. Pro tip: go for the foie gras ice cream.
Stayed here in December 2011. From the moment we arrived we received excellent service. I would thouroughly recommend staying here if you need pampering.

Arrival at the hotel looks and feels like being in a James Bond movie. Thru the small passageway and the tunnel to the elevator and up to the hotel reception. It is a night and day difference to the previous management and to our former experiences.
Everybody is kind, always smiling, helping, competent and just looking after the guests in the perfect way.
It was the right decision to exchange the management!

We were lucky that the hotel let us book their last room for only 5 days when the usual is 7. We had done some travelling recently staying in some wonderful hotels, we had no choices the queensize room or nothing. It was peak season.

Not the first time and certainly not the last time that we (2 adults, 1 kid) would stay at The Omnia. If you think a Zermatt Christmas holiday has to be "rustique" and Swiss wine is not even good enough for cooking, go to The Omnia and think again.

Stayed for two nights, would have loved to stay much longer.
Best in class service, great restaurant and beautiful materials
throughout the hotel and spa. Watching the Matterhorn from
