Plastic name signs outside does not give justification to the hotel itself. Handy receptionist made us feel very welcomed and with a short briefing he gave exact information about the area including Riviera Cards. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, yes it is a little bit dated but it is gorgeous, our room was great, comfy with lake views and the staff very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location although the neon casino sign was a little off putting. Breakfast was good and would certainly go back and stay again.
