Really decent hotel with good service and just a wonderful location across from the Lake. Folks at the front desk, spa were easy to work with and very accommodating. Even by European standards the rooms were big and the bathrooms worked well. We had many meals on the property and they did a good job.

Whistle stop tour but they couldn't do enough for me. Fabulous views and location and a palace in every sense. Food was excellent, service excellent, room was excellent. Would love to go and would definitely recommend!

This is my first ever 5 star stay ,and it almost met expectations in all aspects,Very huge breakfast buffet ,huge rooms in europe standard,lake view and flexible and rotatable TV in room.they even arranged a toddler cot for my toddler.
