The concierge and the staff were super kind and helpful. The room was impeccable and I love the nesspreso machine..........my room was Very clean and comfortableand BTW Delicious free breakfast! The location is perfect just near the bahnhoff strasse which is the center of zurich. You have a coop just 1 minute away if you need any kind of groceries.

Nice hotel with a terrific location 3 mins by foot from the main shopping street (Bahnhofstrasse). Run by the owner, which is always nice. Must be the best Best Western in the world. The hotel is great! Comfortable with modern rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good localization, about 5 blocks from train station and 2 blocks from Bahnhofstrasse, the main shop street in Zurich.
