My wife and I stayed here in April, 2012. The hotel was exactly as advertised. A decent value, nice staff, and NO surprises! It is a short 7-10 minute walk to the train station, and from the Zurich airport, an easy 25 minutes on tram #10 (better than taking the train then walking uphill to the hotel.)
