Great location, comfortable, quiet rooms. Reception staff great, Breakfast - food and service could have been better. Expensive but most hotels seem to be expensive in Zurich. Some nice touches, coffee and tea in room good. They also left a very nice complimentary fruit plate for us.

Great hotel ideally located in the central part of Zurich. Close to local trams, the main station is a 15 minute walk away, the Lake is a 5 minute stroll. The Glärnischhof is located right in the center of the city. There ist practically no other position which is more down town than that. The hotel has been refurbished in 1995/96 and has not really had any additional refurbishments since then, except for the hotelbar. The rooms are still okay, but you can feel, that a renovation will be needed... More

Stayed for one night in July and the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Got a second room for my parents who were traveling with us and they loved it. Would stay there again in a second. Walking distance to fantastic parts of Zurich.
