This is a great hotel near the airport and near trams to downtown. We always try to stay here on our flight out of ZRH and first day in town before heading to the mountains. Very comfortable beds and clean! Manager is very friendly and helpful

This hotel is not in the center of Zurich but about a 10 minute tram ride from the airport and another 20 minutes to the city centre. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast although expensive unless you get it included in your room rate. It is nice a quiet by virture of not being in "pretty" location.

Front desk staff were so helpful especially Remi. Rooms were clean, just the right temperature and most importantly the bed was comfortable. We had a meal for 5 in the Asian restaurant where the service was first class and so was the price although the good itself was only ok and not value for money
