We were recommended to this Hotel by a Dutch colleague. This place is a real gem, only 6 bedrooms in an old historic building, beautiful gardens and wonderful food. Would love to return in better weather. It rained all weekend.

We stayed one night in Havixhorst. The rooms were very warm and not airconditioned. The bathroom spacious, but no window. Not a luxurious bathroom, but nothing wrong with it. The mattresses were very soft. Breakfast wonderful, dinner absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend, although it is not cheap at all.

Beautiful building and surroundings, fine restaurant and nice wine list. Rooms are simple and without any extra’s, the bathroom was not very clean 175 euro per person for a room with breakfast is no value for money.

Chateau De Havixhorst is an excellent, quiet and luxurious hotel. They have only suites (8), all furnished in a classy different way. The suites are enormous (up to 85 sqm), the bathrooms always with bath and seperate shower. The staff is friendly and competent.
