We got really bad service from the reception when they made a mistake in the booking. They were not willing to give any compensation and were not very customer friendly. Would not recommend it even though the location is very nice and rooms were decent standard.

Our group arrived in the early morning exhausted. After an tour of the city our rooms were ready by noon even though the hotel was full the previous night. Less than 5 mins walk to leidseplein. Vondelpark is 2 mins away. Branded goods street is right at the doorstep. Very small room and small TV, hardly any walking space with 2 big luggages. Not exactly cheap but worth it for the location.

Th hotel was clean, comfortable (the twin room OK, the triple room a bit smaller) and in a very good location. Quite far out from the city centre. But overall a nice hotel for family or couples. very nice quality rooms and beds. Not far from hard rock cafe, Leidseplein square, club paridiso, club sugar factory. Hotel staff are very nice. We didn't realise it was located on an expensive street with expensive shops.
